Online reservations are available up to 2 hours prior to pick-up time and 4 guests per reservation. Certain times may be unavailable due capacity restrictions or special events.

Please e-mail us with general inquiries or group requests (5 or more). Responses can take up to 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
* We do not provide service to any private airports/terminals, rental car companies or the Las Vegas Strip.
** Shuttle transportation is only for M Resort guests with a room reservation.
Shuttle Location at Harry Reid Airport
The Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Area is located at Terminal 1 on Zero level.
Directions will be sent to your email once your reservation is completed.
Estimating Transit Time after Airport Arrival
We recommend you choose an airport pick-up time at least 30 minutes after your flight's scheduled arrival time.

Please plan additional time for:
Collecting checked bags - Add 10-15 minutes.
Travel time from Terminal 3 to the shuttle meeting area in Terminal 1 – Add 10-20 minutes.
Customs and immigration processing for international arrivals - Add 20-40 minutes.
Any other special needs.
Estimating Transit Time to Airport
The trip from the resort to the airport takes 15-20 minutes in normal traffic.
We recommend leaving the hotel at least 2 hours before your flight's scheduled departure. The shuttle leaves from outside the hotel lobby entrance and drops off at your requested terminal.
